Right of admission reserved.
Accommodation subject to rules and conditions. The rules and conditions stipulated below shall apply to all persons entering the resort.

1. Booking in time is from 16h00 onwards.
2. Booking out time is strictly prior to 10h00.
3. Deposit of 50% is required within 10 days of booking and the balance on arrival.
4. If deposit is not received by due date, booking will be cancelled.
5. Deposit will be forfeited in case of non-arrival.
6. No refund if full period booked is not utilized.
7. In case of an emergency, management has the right to move any guest to a unit of same standard without notification.
8. Right of admission reserved. Accommodation subject to rules and conditions.
9. Guests that trespass, misbehave or are under the influence of alcohol are not welcome.
10. Visitors are not allowed.
11. The use of any facilities in the resort are entirely at own risk.
